ABOUT
Laura is the co-founder of LES SQUEAK, a creative agency committed to making squeaky ideas. To see all of that work and learn about that agency, head on over there. The agency launched in October 2023 with a vibey film and campaign for Converse, and has since ventured into brand design, experiential, and everything in between for brands like Psycho Bunny, California Sandwiches and Canada’s coolest band, The Beaches.
In early 2025, Laura spent an exhilarating two weeks as the in-house Creative Director at Sheertex, before the great layoff, and spent the summer as the in-house Creativer Director at Psycho Bunny. She also wears a producer hat once and awhile.
In late 2025, the team launched SQUEAK50, a production service committed to producing fashion ecomm content for 50% of the budget and 50% of the time. They are currently working with a handful of great Canadian fashion brands to streamline their processes.
Prior to LES SQUEAK, Laura was the Executive Creative Director and Head of Content at Mosaic North America. Under her watch, Mosaic earned a spot on the 2020 Strategy Magazine’s Agency of the Year list, for the first time in almost a decade, and climbed 16 spots in the Creative Report Card in 2021 to sit in the top 25. You can find that work on this website.
Prior to Mosaic, she was a Creative Director at Narrative / Bensimon Byrne / OneMethod where she specialized in building truly integrated, 360 campaigns. Alongside her creative partner Meredith Klapowich, she led some of the agency's most inspiring work, in multiple categories, including: Nike, Converse, Starbucks, Rexall, Scotiabank, Salesforce, Bayer, Constellation Brands, Nestlé, and Up Cannabis. You can also find some of this work on this website.
Together, they helped build cross functional teams across all three agency divisions, grew Narrative to more than double in size and reimagined the agency’s brand identity, and earned a Gold at the 2019 Strategy PR Agency of the Year awards. She also held the #6 spot in Strategy Magazine’s top copywriters in Canada in 2019.
Laura’s most recognized work is for Casey House, where they launched the world’s first pop-restaurant (2017) and spa (2018), run by people living with HIV/AIDS, to shine a light on the stigma that still exists. These campaigns have received a long list of global accolades, including Lions, tigers, bears, Pencils, and Clios.
